  Meghan was just the sweetest!!!! The process of my withdrawal was easy, i felt safe and she made me feel welcomed and was very patient with me.

  I went in to this location for the first time. I was greeted instantly. The staff was kind and professional. My problem was handled immediately. I was out the door in 5 minutes. I couldn't ask for more. I now know where I'll be going for all my NFCU needs. Thank you.

  The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Everything on their desks was clear, and the floors were clean too. A lot of patrons go to that business, including me, to get their financial services done for them. But, not a single employee, in this era of different types of viruses and combinations of them, wore a mask NFCU!!!!! People have become unprotective of their health and inconsiderit of their customers health!!!

  Today I was in need of a transaction that was a little tricky. Shelita went above and beyond when she didn’t have to and took her time to explore all her given resources to help me. Even though the branch was busy, I was never rushed. I felt she truly want to help and make sure I left with all my questions and concerns addressed.
