I feel super blessed I found Heritage Crossings for mom. The first thing I noticed when I did a tour was the cleanliness and that speaks volumes! The second thing I noticed was the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. They also have good healthy food that they cook right on the premises, it's awesome. Heritage Crossing provides excellent care. All residents and their family members are treated with the up most respect. The caregivers that are employed by the facilty are excellent. They are true to their title, they deliver loving, kind, compassionate care to all of their residents.
The facility is clean, the meals are good, and the staff strive to keep the residents active and involved in their community. There is no other assisted living facility that I considered before placing my loved one that can compare to what Heritage Crossing has to offer.
