“I actually haven't had the opportunity to meet the doctor. I was called by a number registered for their office and it rang once and ended. No message was left, but when I called that number back, it came back as out of service. So I googled the real number, called them and was told they were no longer going to be in network with my insurance starting Monday so that ended that for me. No big deal and they were helpful in referring me to a location that does accept my insurance. My only concern is the phone situation, but I couldn't fault them for that because my office has landline issues as well sometimes. Customer service wise, great staff.”
