“Nexstep Coastal Spin and Pain Center is a wonderful practice of caring nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals. I was introduced to them by a friend, and have been so pleased with my experiences there that I had to write a quick review. I have been seeing them for months now, and every appointment has been a pleasure. They are always on time and take their practice very seriously. They treat you as a patient, not a number and you can feel how much they truly do care. I know it's difficult to find a good medical practice, but you can be assured this is truly one of the genuinely good ones. They are not a pill mill, so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. That is not to say they don't prescribe medication if you need it, but they never overprescribe and they check and count your pills at every appointment. This may seem like an intrusion, but it is in their and your best interest that they keep track of how you are doing with following the dosage instructions. If you need a dose increase, call and ask...don't just take more. Also, if you are there for their buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment, you will be urine tested every time, so please don't go there if you are not willing to play by the rules. They are only there to help you, not enable you to make bad decisions. If you do make a mistake, be honest with them and most likely they will give you another chance because they know no one is perfect, especially when it comes to addiction.
