My husband and I have worked with Teresa Harris with both purchasing and selling properties. Just recently she helped my son purchase his first house. To say she is thorough is not saying enough. She has assisted us with removing unnecessary closing fees (by the other party) as well as correcting incomplete inspection reports. The inspection did not address a septic issue which ultimately needed to be replaced. With her diligence we avoided a great expense that was ultimately covered by the seller. I had Teresa help me and you would not believe what this woman will do for you! She goes above and beyond with everyone. From everything to listening to me and my husbands demands and she looked everywhere. Within two weeks she found us a place to call home! We have now been happily in our home for three years and she still checks up on us. As our family grows we will look into moving to a bigger home and I will definitely contact her again!

Side note: When I mean she goes above and beyond she helped my mom to move into her new home after my dad passed and also helped my sister to find her first home! If you don’t have her as your realtor then you don’t have the best and she is!
