Graham is a great family owned gym. Staff at Graham's is so knowledgeable and friendly. No matter your fitness level they will make sure to give you the appropriate program weather it's on a group workout or one on one. It's not only a great gym but a great community. You will gain amazing friendships at this place. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Grahams is an excellent gym in a great location. The owners, Tanner and Nikki are very knowledgeable and helpful. With anything consistency is key, and if you stick with it you will be much stronger, in better shape and most importantly overall healthier. Nutrition coaching along with physical therapy is also offered on site. Another good thing about Grahams is that they can modify any workout to fit any level of fitness. They keep it challenging but yet do-able. Again it’s an excellent gym, stay with it, and you will be happy :)

My wife and I were passing through and dropped in for the 6am class. Tanner, the owner, and the rest of the 6am crew were super welcoming and made us feel like we belonged there even though we had never stepped foot through the door. This is the atmosphere you are looking for when dropping into an unfamiliar gym. We will definitely be dropping in the next time we are in Jacksonville.

Nikki is an amazing coach! I am a virtual client for nutrition coaching, but she does so much more than that! She really encourages me via the app and our check in zoom meetings. Nikki looks for ways to check in on me and on my overall wellness and lifestyle not just my nutrition. I have had huge success with her as my coach, even though we never meet in person. From October 2022-December 2022, I have lost over 15 pounds and am feeling great! I can’t wait to see what 2023 brings!

Before GSC I was wishy-washy with working out and eating right but now, with the help of my coaches, it is my lifestyle. My nutrition coach has helped me learn how to dial in all my habits including sleep, stress management, along with holding me accountable to my nutrition and fitness plan. This accountability got me RESULTS, which I had never gotten before and that was addictive! I love how we focus on non-scale victories like getting stronger and fitter.
