  Greeted with such kindness when I was on the phone making the appointment, and then again when I came to the office. Wonderful front office staff! Nurse Tammy was so caring & thorough. And Dr. Bruening was wonderful in his care for me & my future.

  I am a long-time Chase client originally from Chicago (where you can throw a rock and hit a Chase bank) and after moving to South Carolina I opened a business and wanted to open all business accounts through Chase which they only open in person. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Chase branch for 258 miles, but the promotional offers at the time were good enough that I decided to make the trip down to the closest Neptune Beach branch and I wasn't disappointed. I spoke with Michael on the phone on the way down who, after our chat, called around to ensure they were the closest branch and that I wouldn't hit too much traffic based on my arrival time and then called me back to let me know. Larry Walter was extremely professional, thorough and helpful and took excellent care of me. If I ever have to do anything in person ever again, (hoping not) before they open branches in Charleston, this would be my home base :)

  Very pleased with this vision center. They were thorough and informative and very caring. After 30+ years with an excellent eye doctor in another city, it is wonderful to find a good one here, too.

  My adult son and i both have gone to Brumm. They truly want to help, from the front desk to the doctors. Becky who ordered the contacts was also very helpful and got a rebate on my son's contacts. They work with your insurance, both vision and medical, and are also helpful and try to keep the cost as low as possible for my son who doesn't have vision insurance and only major medical for medical insurance.
