The workouts are great, the gym is rarely crowded, and you will definitely see results if you stay consistent and put in the work. In the 6 months that I worked out there before moving out of the area, I saw significant results in my physique (leaning out, getting more toned, etc.). Everyone at the gym is extremely friendly and down to earth - it's a great place to go, especially if large gyms intimidate you!”
