“I have rented storage units mainly with Public Storage over the past 30 years But I have NEVER had the WOW experience like I had with Extra Storage- It started out when i called and spoke to customer service rep Cameron located in UTAH- Cameron was so courteous and went well beyond closing the deal with Extra storage. Being a owner of my business I would hire him Immediately. Then a few hours later I received a call from the unit manager I believe his name was Brian who called me 3 times to go over my move in and repeatedly saying I want your experience here to be a great one and your move in to be smooth- He was GREAT!. I actually thought to myself that if I did not own my company this would be a company I want to work for- Extra Space GREAT JOB!! You have a customer for life!!!!”

“This is the best storage facility we have ever used. Very clean units and easy to access even the third floor. There were always multiple moving dollies available at the automatic entrance doors. The AC was always cool even during the hot summer. Good music was always playing softly to make moving a little more pleasant. Highly recommended!”

“1st Coast Express definitely delivered on our move. From first contact the communication was there even moving the move date back and forth for me based on my apartment being ready sooner. Arrived with all the items needed to move us with out damaging anything. Price was very reasonable and exactly what we discussed over the phone. Had some great conversations with the owner Akeem during the move he was always very respectful and knowledgeable about moving us in a timely manner. My daughter said it would have taken us two days to move all our stuff they did it in a couple hours. 1st Coast Express did such a great job when we live in our forever home end of year they will be moving us again.”
