We came back the following Friday, they were VERY busy, but at some point every worker there waited on us. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, patient, I could go on! I believe Susan is the owner and she ended up having to order 2 boots for us, very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back to Remington's for my boots, hats and such.”
