STEVE called me with some concerns about our mutual customer's RV. Our customer has an extended warranty plan to pay for repairs. In order for us to provide funding for repairs we had to get documentation of the failure and estimates to fix it. STEVE in service filed the mechanical breakdown claim. He provided me with everything I needed to provide funding for the repairs. STEVE'S customer service skills insured that the entire process was went about SMOOTHLY! Called these guys looking for something specific and was in a bind not only did they have exactly what I needed but even offered some expert advice is which you don't see that often nowadays.
This place has been there a long time and I knew the guys that used to run the place in the '90s and the guys that are running this place now are just as courteous as the original stereo guys. I can't think you guys enough for the help that you've given me today..

Had a sub,amp and head unit installed on my 03 Camry, came out so good and sounds amazing. And they got me in same day and got it done quick. Thanks guys!

They installed a pre purchased double din in my Husband's work van so he could start using a back up camera and we were so pleased with the service and cost that we didn't hesitate to have them also install a pre purchased sub in my Jeep when the wiring was giving my Husband a hard time. Learned in talking to them they've been here for 30 years. Never knew!! This will be our spot from now on.

I had a radio installed in my daughter's car almost exactly a year ago and was very pleased with the service at that time. When the car got flooded during the last hurricane and the volume control stopped working, we brought back in for repair. We once again had Joe, who was once again amazing. But let's talk about follow up customer care.... there was NO charge for parts or services. I'm still in shock about that. Would not consider going anywhere else.
