3 of my children have gone/ and are going there and they are learning so much. They stay with the same group throughout the 3 years and establish strong bonds with their classmates. The teachers are incredible and really care about the students.

This is the best school in the county for a reason; if you or your kid lack commitment, don't waste your time or everyone else's!

Absolutely the best Middle School experience, possibly anywhere. Faculty and staff goes far above and beyond for these kids. The students learn so much more beyond just the classroom setting. Many once in a lifetime experiences, learning organizational habits, learning to take responsibility for one's actions, positive reinforcement of values, advanced classes, and way too much more for me to list. If you are a local parent nearing the Middle School age for your child, contact the school, and fill out the paperwork to get your child's name into the lottery. Our experience at GCMS, was worth every second. Gulf Coast Middle School gave our child so much confidence and self worth. I am heartbroken that we've graduated, and wish they had a High School option. This school is truly exceptional.
