I can't begin to explain the fantastic level of service and value we received from Livengood & Associates. I contacted the insurance company we have been with for 25 years first, and Livengood blew them away. They were professional, responsive, and very detailed. I am still waiting on a call back from "my insurance" agency! Meanwhile, everything was already completed with Livengood. Thank you Amanda for the phenomenal service with a smile!
It's time to move all of my insurance to them!! -

In the time crunch I am in, Amanda's moved quickly in getting me quotes and through the whole process. I'd also mention that I got quotes from multiple people around town and not only did Amanda get me a good quote with a reputable insurance company, she was one of the easiest to deal with as well. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Amanda has always taken care of us over and above any other insurance company we have dealt with. We are "newer" homeowners and dont always know what we want or need, so having someone that is willing to explain things and take time to make sure we understand what is best for US, is more than appreciated. She has gone out of her way to make sure my home owners insurance went down significantly, and also helped with another issue I'm currently dealing with. I would definitely recommend Livengood & Associates for your insurance needs.
