“We have had Optimum insurance since moving back to FL in 2016. Since then I have had a stroke requiring months of rehab. The physical therapists at the hospital recommended a rehab that wasn’t on our list. I sent a short letter to Optimum explaining why my medical team thought that was a better option and they approved it immediately. My husband and I have each had a knee replacement and several small surgeries. We have found Optimum to be excellent. I’m a retired nurse and was really concerned about going with an advantage plan, but I’m so happy we did. It is very difficult to navigate the medical system now. We have an excellent primary and I think that is the key to getting good medical care whatever insurance you decide on.”

Dr. Weber's entire staff is great. Patty is absolutely wonderful; always taking time to make sure that everything goes well, from the moment you call to make an appointment to fitting you for glasses. His APRN, Mandy, was so kind, knowledgeable, and listened to my husband attentively to gather his personal information about his condition and made us both feel comfortable being in this new environment. Lastly, Tonya, in the phlebotomy lab, was so welcoming when we walked through the door to the back. She gave us both a tour and explained how future visits will occur.
