“What a great place. There's things to do for the entire family. Everybody here is very friendly from the staff to the other members. From the very first day, you feel like you're part of a very close-knit group of people. There are so many classes and activities throughout the week. “What a welcome addition to our area! I have the pleasure of taking Pilates classes at Main Spring Pilates with Cami as my instructor, and I cannot recommend it enough! The studio is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Cami is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who pays attention to each individual's needs and abilities, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session. I had never tried Pilates before, but Cami made me feel comfortable from the start and explained the exercises clearly. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she provided helpful feedback to ensure proper form and technique. I felt challenged but also supported and encouraged throughout the class. After a few weeks of regular classes with Cami, I noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility, and posture. I also felt more energized and less stressed. “I was very nervous to attend my first appointment. Having just moved here from Canada I was really hoping it was a good office and that the Dr. was good. I was stressing myself out for nothing. Although I waited for 3 hrs. and 30 minutes. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and answered any question I had without hesitation. It was so comforting. I was pleasantly surprised how kind the Dr. was. (even though he was running behind) He took the time to explain procedures to me and reassuring me . My overall experience was GREAT. “This is a professionally managed rehab facility. This is my second visit after taking a fall that should have killed me. Staff is continually cleaning and emptying trash cans. The food has improved a lot since my first visit. The gymnasium staff has got me waking good after 5 recent falls related to the first. My old body at 71 has a lot of hard driven miles on it but I'm planning on living to 100 at a minimum. This is an older facility but regardless of it's age, I've got nothing but praise for the friendly staff and management team. Thanks for all your help!”

“When I 1st went to see Lydia I didn't know what to expect but after going to her twice I've been inflicted with a bad infection in. My lungs for the last 3 years buteen able to breathe and been to several specialists none of them been able to figure out what was wrong with me. But after seeing Lydia twice I feel. Totally healed I breathe really good again my pain is gone my burning is gone. I am a true believer in Lydia and I think she's very talented.
