“I bought my house 2 years ago and with it a 16x26x48 above ground oval pool. I had zero experience with swimming pools. They were local and convenient so I stopped in and explained my inexperience. These guys could not have been any more welcoming, and understanding. First thing they told me, "Bring us a water sample and we will test it for free" I did, they told me exactly what I needed. My pool was perfect for months. I then purchased a RX cartridge online, to put in the skimmer to control Algae. It worked great for months, no Algae. But because of the metals in the cartridge, eventually stained my Liner. I scrubbed to no avail. I hired a company called GO Pro Pools to help fix the issue. They charged 300.00 plus dollars for a deep clean service and offered 1 month free service. At the end of the day, my they didn't fix anything. Pulled my main filter to find in black with dirt and debris. I was frustrated so grabbed a water sample, went back to Russell's and explained to them the issue. They said "Sir this is what you need" Only 44.00 and 24 hours later my pool was restored to is original self. This buisness listens, and cares about their customers and takes pride in their professionalism. So thank you boys for always keeping me straight! I will go nowhere else for my pool needs again.”

Ordering from Kansas to treat my lovely wife for her birthday and of course practically last minute, my delivery could not be made on Sunday so I received a text stating it could be Sat. or Mon. They also refunded my delivery fee. I find out later that day my wife and her father have plans at noon so I call to find out ETA on delivery. Unfortunately their delivery didn't go out until 11:30 and offered to bring ice packs if a cooler was left out or my gift could be left at the neighbors. Very accommodating! “Mrs. Grout technician Vanessa did an outstanding job on our 20 year old tile walk-in shower. It took about six hours. The grout and tile are gleaming like new. She was professional and left the bathroom in excellent condition. I am only posting "after" pics because I don't want the Internet to know how yucky our shower was, before.
