Our agent Shawna Grant is amazing ! We’ve been with Runnels insurance for many years now . We have auto and home insurance and she got us a better deal , and on top of that she makes it easy for the papers to be sign . I have questions about it , I called and she help me . I’ve always been very happy with Runnels Insurance, they found me a much less expensive auto & homeowners policies. This week I had an issue with progressive and Patty totally took care of it and followed up with me. It was SO appreciated especially with a refund due to me:) Highly recommend!

I spoke with Ashley who in an expedited manner, explained everything out patiently in regard to a homeowners insurance quote. She found a trusted company with a great rate for me. What a great company and person to deal with. I tried other companies and kept getting voice mail or had to e-mail with no quick responses. Shawna G. was awesome!!!! Because of her advice we lowered our home owners insurance $2,100.00 AND she recommended that we stay with our present insurance company, as it was a really good company but more importantly we had been with them for over 20yrs. As far as auto insurance, again she recommended staying with our present company because they offered a better rate due to my military service.

After getting quotes from three other companies for Home Insurance. We were extremely frustrated. We turned to Shawna at Runnels and were very impressed with the level of service we received. Shawna was responsive, and more importantly LISTENED to her customer. Every detail of the policy was explained to us. It was very refreshing to not have a loaded quote pushed in front of us, and no explanations of what is what. Shawna did something very important that most folks selling something don't understand how to do. She took herself out of the way of the sale. We told her how we purchase insurance and why we make the decisions we do. She listened and tailored our quote to our needs. That is extremely important to us. She also regularly follows up with us to see if there's anything we don't or didn't understand, and we can tell it's genuine.
