Shaolin-Do Kung-Fu & Tai Chi of Brandon

Good place to get a nice work out along with welcoming and kind people. Learn about Shaolin history and Lung fu forms, it's really fun and will teach you all different styles of combat along with how to best defend yourself and learn to love the arts.

Where to begin. My daughter and I started in the Kung-fu classes, while I have been learning in the Tai Chi as well. The atmosphere at the school with Sifu, Mike and Kelly (and the rest of the black belts) is with out a doubt awesome. Family friendly and close relationships are the keywords here. Everyone at this school watches out for each other in ways I have not ever found in a business or class. The pricing is very reasonable and the schedule is always being reviewed in order to better accommodate students ability to get the most out of the school and it's teachings. For those that think the martial arts is all about kicking butt in bar fights or what ever, you are in the wrong frame of mind. For defense, this school had taught me and my daughter techniques that have already helped us both in situations we might not have been readily ready for before. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who has a hankering to learn a better way of thinking and health.

Started at Shaolin-Do about 3 years ago in the Kung Fu and Tai Chi programs. Within a year I had lost the additional 40+ pounds I had picked up over the previous 13 years.

Now I am a Black Belt and love helping teach others.

Everyone is a family here and have lots of fun.
