  Overall, this company is worthy of a 5 star review. Friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the extra effort to ensure a good customer experience and outcome. When I called them about my disabled PC, they had me try a few things at home before scheduling a convenient appointment to bring it in. After running extensive diagnostics, they were able to isolate and pinpoint the failure to a board. They called with their results and provided several different options to choose from. Even though my equipment was old, I wasn’t ready to move over to a new PC just yet. They were able to locate, purchase, and ship a replacement board from California. The board was installed and tested. The other components of the PC were also tested and thoroughly cleaned as well. When I came in to pick up my PC, it was a comforting relief to see everything restored on my home screen just as it was before but also humbled by modest repair cost. These folks offer quality advice for your specific needs, provide exceptional repair service, and offer an inventory of new and refurbished equipment - I highly recommend them.

  Every step of the way, my experience here was great! They have wonderful customer service, and update you on the progress very quickly once you leave your computer with them.
  
  I accidentally spilled water on my gaming PC that I built, and fried the motherboard. I brought it here, and they ran diagnostics to ensure the other parts were not damaged. When speaking with the tech, i could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about the different parts and that he did his due diligence when examining my PC. They went ahead and ordered a new motherboard for me, and will replace it and put my PC back together for a very reasonable price.if you have a custom build or a prebuilt PC, definitely bring it here and they will treat you well.

  Visited Scan Corporation to purchase a computer recently (a refurbished Dell laptop) and would highly recommend this business for all of your needs. Chris assisted me in the store and was awesome. He was attentive but didn't pressure a sale and offered me a lot helpful advice and guidance.
  Scan Corporation is one of those small businesses that is truly a treasure for the community it serves with integrity, quality, and personalized service. Oh and the price was way better than larger retailers too! Thank you!

  I felt so compelled to leave a great review for great work done by Scan Corp! Many fantastic things they did led to an overall excellent experience! Some of the things I loved: Make an appointment for drop off, instead of letting your computer be a placeholder for days until they get to it. Filling out the relevant info on a printable sheet on the computer in the lobby, so there's NO confusion about what you need, want or expect with estimate, very honest and above board, gives a great feeling of confidence even before work starts. Chris is a straight shooter, very meticulous, knowledgeable and thorough, easy to talk too, grade A tech! Mykala, the office manager was very helpful and patent with me, as well as professional.
  
  Now, let's get down to the nitty gritty. The actual work..! I was using a factory CPU fan on an 11700k, and big shocker, it was running hot. So, I purchased a Deepcool AK620 air cooler and asked them to put it on for me. Not only was this done in a very timely, efficient manner, it was done very expertly! They took pictures throughout the job, which I LOVED so they could explain everything they did very clearly. Honest, ethical, willing to explain patiently, answers questions, does everything right the 1st time. They made sure to show me it was running, gave me all my old parts, boxes from the newly purchased cooler, everything! Very fair, honest pricing for fantastic, honest work. All around, great experience. The pictures I've shared are from them, and the stages of work they performed, from start to finish. Clearly showed causation, and the finished job. My new gaming rig is now purring like a kitten, cool as a cucumber, instead of shrieking like a banshee with that factory fan at 4k rpm. Thanks a ton, guys, you REALLY came through for me! SO happy with the turn-around time, the work, the price, great to meet you too! If I have any issues I need help with, YOU are the pros I'll be hiring, to be sure!

  Overall, I am satisfied with the services provided by Scan Corp and would likely do business with them again. The PC build that Scan Corp assembled for me included unusual specifications, and some odd requests from the customer. I am confident that they're the best in the area.
  
  The only negative experience I had was that my specific requests for the build were not met; which were clean cable management and liberal usage of thermal paste. The cable management issue could have been avoided if I had included extensions/ties in my supplied components, however I did include thermal paste for the "extra" application. This is an on-going issue as my system flags CPU temps above 80 degrees Celsius and disrupts workflow, despite having CPU temperatures well under the warning threshold while the system is under load.
  
  The gentleman who assembled my system seemed to be very knowledgeable, and I appreciated that he took time to try to educate the customer while explaining his services. The prices for the assembly of a full tower PC were competitive with other local shops. This is also the ONLY local shop that did not agree to overclock an Intel 12th generation Alder Lake CPU, which I think was a smart move. My system is built on the Silverstone Mammoth case, which includes a HEPA filter, splash/spill guards, and vibration dampening. My system is a bit odd, and the problems mentioned above will likely not apply to many of you.
