Excellent service! We had an appointment for a passport on Monday morning. When we get there we entered a code we received to check in and was called in 5 minutes. The lady at the desk was nice, polite and helpful. We were done in 20 mins.

Excellent experience. Very efficient staff. Well organized & friendly employees. We were there for marriage license. 30 minutes total.

I needed to get information about taxes and even though I had to wait in line when it was my turn, the clerk that gave me the needed information was very knowledgeable, very polite and very efficient.

I went to the office to get guidance on how to find information in the public records. A very kind, capable and knowledgeable person explained to me how to access records online.

I have been to this office many times for several reasons, and have yet to feel that the service can be improved. In my personal experience, the service has always been outstanding. My impression is that this office is very well managed and the spirit of great customer service is an integral part of it.

Being completely honest this location was super fast and helpful even though they were not able to give legal advice (which is understandable). This site offers many services that much busier locations offer, save yourself the time, confirm they can handle your specific service needs and get what you need to done.
