The optical team was awesome! Ricky, Mary, the tech, the doctor, the accuracy of the prescription, the quality of the lenses, reasonable prices, and the whole experience was just terrific. Big thank you to the team!!!

Revised: The people over there have always been great to deal with and the level of service is exceptional. As others have mentioned the eye exam system they switched to has issues, I have had my eyes check there 3 times and never thought the script was perfect..... Since my eye script was due, I opted to use an outside ophthalmologist this time, it was a much better experience.

We had a great experience today with the Sam’s Club Optical Center in Brandon, FL. My family and I decided to check out the prices there since our eye care center had quoted us outrageous prices. We first met with Ricky who helped all four of us find glasses and gave us a quote, which was much better than our other eye care center, even without using our insurance. Sam’s wasn’t a provider for our insurance, so Ricky went out of his way to find local places that did accept our insurance so we could compare prices with them. Once we compared with another eyeglass store nearby, we decided the prices at Sam’s were the best. When we returned, we were then helped by Carissa, who was awesome! She went through every prescription and every pair of glasses explaining things about each one. She was very patient with our children as well. I have never had such a thorough and helpful experience when buying glasses. Thank you so much!

Carissa is an absolutely amazing employee! She helped me with contact lenses training, and was very funny and enthusiastic! I’ve been extremely scared of putting in contacts for years, and she made me feel relaxed and confident in a matter of a few minutes. She is very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills.

Dr. Anastasi is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. He truly cares about patients.

Overall, I had a great experience here.
