I would give 1000 stars to the program and to my coach Lisa Shaker-Knopp! 😍Diets never worked for me and this program helped me to identify a lot of metabolic issues, food allergies, and conditions that were preventing me from loosing weight and feel better. I killed my chronic fatigue, aches, got my energy back and discovered how determined I am! Was it easy? Absolutely NOT. I can’t say enough good things about Lisa and her team. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always supportive. It’s a simple, safe plan to follow; and the results from week to week will keep you motivated. To date, I’ve lost close to 90 pounds.
