We were moving from a different state and couldn’t make it back to see houses in person. Jeff made it work virtually. Jeff spent many hours on video calls giving us virtual house tours. He didn’t just show us the houses, he looked at the important aspects of the houses too (age of A/C unit, if there is a water softener, damage, etc). Jeff is very patient and doesn’t mind showing you as many houses as you want to see.

He became a trust agent for us because he always gave us honest feedback. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and felt very comfortable asking questions and asking to see more house. Jeff Gould was an excellent realtor for us. He knew the Tampa and Fishhawk areas very well. My family and I relocated to Fishhawk from the northeast and unfortunately were unable to visit the area to home shop due to the pandemic.
