“David George was my building superintendent for two consecutive six-month leases. Quick to resolve important issues like plumbing and shared appliances. No fuss in renewing the lease. Always friendly and courteous. The one time he had to remind me to pay rent he waived the late fee because in good faith I sent him the payment within five minutes of him reminding me. He would allow me to make upgrades like a better showerhead or a garbage disposal without any fuss and would reimburse reasonable costs as long as it was a minor repair or something that added utility without taking up space. I am very grateful to have had David George as a super and I wish him the best.”
