PS. Me & my family have been storing here for 5 years. They have not given me any reasons to store elsewhere. If there’s any issues with my card or a payment they quickly contact me so I can avoid fees. Joy to the world!
(June 17, 2020, 2:59 pm)I was helped by Miles on the way in and by Mary on the way out. These two gave me excellent customer service. They were informative, courteous and professional. As a store manager, if this was my team I would be very proud.
As far as the actual storage unit itself, it was very clean and well lit. The security was great. There are dollys available to use to help our with the move. (Bring your own on the weekends, weekends are VERY busy) The parking to be able to get your stuff in and out was very easy. The elevators always worked. Ventilation was good. It was a great price for the storage I need. Storage is not something people do all the time or for a long time but my experience over all was amazing. I really appreciate being treated well.
