Screen room addition… a wonderful job! Everyone very professional and knew what they were doing. Did an amazing job. Owner kept in touch about the process and quickly answered any questions…. Was approximately 1/3 less than other quotes yet top quality. Completed job ahead of schedule. They are my “go-to” for everything here forward. They can be trusted.

Great company to work with. We used Graco to install a new screened patio. Dylan was our supervisor and was so helpful. We had some minor issues with leaks. Dylan responded right away and corrected the issue. Dylan even came back after we paid to assist a third party electrician with identifying beam location for ceiling fans. Best customer service! We had a great experience working with Larry , Dylan, and their crew. We added a screen enclosure to our patio extension and they were able to match the current screen making it look like it was there from the beginning. I am very happy that I found Graco Construction to build my covered roof patio. We decided to extend our lanai and screen in our patio. We met with Larry to start and Dylan ran the project. Like any project we had a few bumps in the road. The Permit for the project took the longest in a post COVID era (approx 4-5 months). Larry let us know this would be the case and Dylan did a nice job of communicating next steps and what the process was going to be. He was very responsive and honest.
