Today I had my second mohs surgery to remove another basal cell. Dr. Highsmith was very informative and skilled in repairing my nose with a beautiful skin graft and flap that required skills that very few dermatologists have the ability and patience to do correctly. His support staff of Jessica, Alyson and Meghan were very helpful and pleasant. Office operates like a Swiss watch...precise, clean and timely. In the past he has also removed several sebaceous cysts successfully, as well as skin tags and moles. He is definitely the go to dermatologist in the Tampa Bay area. My wife goes to him also.

The office staff was extremely polite, professional and courteous. They were also very accommodating with my needs. Dr. Highsmith was very knowledgeable and explained everything on my level making sure I had a clear understanding. He was very easy to talk to and I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr Highsmith is amazing! He is very patient and very knowledgeable on skin conditions. I have struggled with redness for years and finally have it under control. The office itself is super clean and the staff is friendly. I have never had to wait a long time. I would recommend them for all of your dermatology needs!
