My daughter attended the Bendable Thinkers group with Miss Lex and it was such a great experience! She looked forward to it every week and was able to work on some really valuable emotional regulation skills with peers. I’ve seen a change in her behavior at home and would recommend this group to anyone looking to help your child learn emotional regulation tools.

We have had the most amazing experience here. Really helped us sort through what types of issues our child was having with his speech at a very early age without any concern for misdiagnoses. True early intervention with evidenced based therapy and well-trained therapists. Very fair, competitive rates. No contracts or gimmicks. Helped our child improve quickly and continuously so that his speech did not in any way slow down his learning and socialization. We know it could have been (and was) very different with another provider. Our child is doing great - early speech services worked for him 100%.

We have been coming to Family First Therapy for a year, after leaving another therapy center. We are so happy with our choice and are super thankful for Lex, our sons OT. After working with her for almost a year we enrolled in the bendable thinkers group. My son learned so much and enjoyed the group setting. I can’t suggest Family First and the bendable thinkers group they offer enough!

Our experience at Family First Therapy has been top-notch. My daughter is 16 years old and has had a variety of speech and OT therapists throughout the years. Family First has been one of our best experiences. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. The owners, staff, and therapists are focused on providing solid solutions that meet each child's individual needs. Ms. Lex is a particular favorite of my girl. They have fun together while working on their tasks. She cares about my daughter and goes out of her way to show it. If you need therapy services to support your child, I would greatly suggest you investigate Family First Therapy in Lutz.

My son has been coming here since he was a few months old for speech therapy. During our whole journey we worked with Aleisha and we really enjoyed it. My son progressed tremendously far as feeding and with speech for forming his words. The atmosphere and very family oriented and encouraging. I’m going miss having therapy here now that he’s turning 3 and is with the early steps program unfortunately, we have to move on. Therapy here is a 10/10!
