It’s Labor Day Weekend and my husband and I are out joyriding. We see a home for sale in a desirable neighborhood that we’ve looked at before. Say NO MORE! We call Mike LaVoy to see the house. The professional photographer is taking pictures of our current home, it’s listed in MLS, Zillow, etc and within the week we have bought a new home and sold our current home at the asking price. To make things go even smoother, our closings for the house we bought and the one we sold are held at the same location and on the very same day.
