I decided to try the store near my house in Lutz as I needed a new phone immediately as my phone had completely shattered. I walked in right before they closed and I am so glad that I tried this store! I was greeted by Brian and he helped me through the entire process. Brian was helpful and made my second trip to a T-Mobile store so much better. He is seriously a lifesaver and his cheerful attitude was a nice chance compared to prior experience. Thank you Brian! I love my new S20.
