Studio 4 Pilates

I have had the privilege of being a client of Studio 4 Pilates for over 12 years. It’s a small studio that shines with the level of individual attention it provides. You are taught by an experienced former athlete with vast knowledge of Pilates and body function. I would not hesitate in recommending this studio to anyone who wants to get serious about finding their core muscles and improving their strength, flexibility, and balance regardless of age. Pilates has made my life better and I owe it to this studio and its trainer.

I have been attending mat and equipment classes at this studio for over a year.( I have previously taken classes in a studio setting and privates in someone's home prior to reaching out to Studio 4.) Lauren's instructions are always very clear and concise. Knowing how to breath, how your muscles should contract, spine position, etc. is so integral to getting the most of out Pilates and not getting hurt. Lauren is spot on at correcting student's form as well as complementing and encouraging her students. Her knowledge knows no bounds. I respect her greatly as an instructor and person. I am really glad I found her classes. She's the real deal!

Studio 4 Pilates is the best! I started coming about three years ago when I injured my lower back and the instructors have helped me so much! Charlotte started me off with an introduction to Pilates and then Lauren took over. Her knowledge and own personal experience with injuries makes her a careful and vigilant teacher. She watches me like a hawk to make sure I am using proper form. She has made my core so much stronger and I don't feel like I would this kind of attention at other studios. And now they've added an instructor who is also a physical therapist. Can wait to go to her too!

I love my pilates classes at this studio! The instructors are excellent, whether leading you in a small group or individually. You get individual attention for your specific issues and improving your form. Lauren is careful to adjust my exercises to strengthen, not strain, my back. My favorite part is that the classes are never the same. Lauren mixes it up with the exercises and the equipment we use every time.
My flexibility and overall strength have significantly improved over the 5 plus years at this studio. I highly recommend Studio 4 Pilates!!

Lauren is an awesome teacher. Classes are challenging, always different and a lot of fun. I highly recommend.
