On an rv trip up the coast, our rv threw a belt right on I95. Called and spoke with Lisa who confirmed they had the needed parts and even offered to drive them out to us. Two more phone calls for additional parts and each time they had fair prices and were nice enough to bring them to us. Thanks to them my husband was able to replace the belts, saving us having to tow the rv for repairs. Fair prices, friendly faces, and fantastic customer service!

The employees at Carquest are always helpful, and if they don't have what I'm looking for, they're willing to locate and order it for me. Always a positive experience.

Lisa was very helpful (on the phone) had 1 part in stock that I was able to cross reference off google for my semi truck ! The truck stop down the road didn’t have any hydraulic filters nor any power steering fluid so that’s what led me here & by luck they had it!

Inside they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with the power steering fluid and filter I needed. And returned shortly for more fluid along with hose clamps!

Russ, the mechanic and owner, is always honest and upfront and tells you what is wrong. He doesn't try to sell you services or parts you don't really need. He is also great at explaining the problems you have if you aren't mechanically inclined. He is always patient and kind and never talks down to you if you aren't experienced with servicing your vehicle. We have been taking our vehicles to him for years and plan to continue doing so!
