I had a fantastic experience here!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. He had informed that the person who had fixed my necklace previously had used a fake clamp and ring (I had a feeling,l since the clamp was rusty and low quality looking). He expressed how he thought it should be disclosed if fake were to ever be used and I definitely agreed with him. It took about 20 mins to fix and I decided to go with real gold which i thought was reasonably priced. Im so pleased with my necklace! He even cleaned it too, it looks so good and shiny! Highly recommend this place.
