  In 2019, I did the 200hr yoga certification with Gloria and Carlos and it was truly one of the most eye opening journeys I have ever experienced. It is something that has changed my life! Now, I am so excited to be continuing my journey with them by joining the very FIRST group for the 300hr certification. I am so excited to learn more about yoga and myself for the next few months. I know that it will be a beautiful experience!

  Shanti Heart group classes are amazing. Gloria is a talented yogi whose deep knowledge of all things yoga comes through in every class. She guides people of all abilities through any pose focusing on proper form, adapting the pose as necessary for your personal limitations. She leads with humor, the right amount of encouragement and understanding. Come try a class at Shanti Heart and you will look forward to coming back. I am so grateful for finding this yoga studio and meeting the owner, Gloria. The serenity I feel after leaving a class always improves my day. Additionally I have had the chance to attend classes offered by Christina and Val and they are amazing as well.

  Shanti Heart Yoga is a really wonderful yoga studio. Classes are small and intimate. You actually feel the amazing energy as soon as you walk in the door. Instructors are well-trained and provide a wide range of unique routines. Owner Gloria (Ma Shanti) is a beautiful teacher and mentor. In addition to personally guiding each student on a peaceful path, she builds trust and confidence as they progress. The property that Shanti Heart is located on is very serene and peaceful.

  I am infinitely grateful to Gloria and Carlos for welcoming me into their lives and practice. The 200 Hour Yoga Training was absolutely life-changing and has helped me get to know myself better in the five months I’ve trained than the almost 20 years I’ve been on this Earth. Gloria is such a kind and unconditionally loving soul who has helped me tremendously through my journey of healing and awakening. She is so wise and knowledgeable, I am always learning from her on and off the mat. I thank Carlos and Gloria for providing such a safe space and I trust that we will continue our journey together!

  I have had a life-changing experience at Shanti Heart yoga. Gloria and Carlos welcomed me into their home with open loving arms. I have felt so unconditionally cared for and looked after during my time studying for the 200 hour yoga teacher training. Carlos is an amazing cook and pours his spirit and energy into feeding us delicious healthy meals and Gloria is a wonderfully ambitious, compassionate and wise teacher. I wish words could better express the warmness I feel in my heart to share this experience with them and my fellow yogi students. I know now that I am part of their family and they are part of mine.
