G Peppers Grill & Tavern

The food was delicious, I had a make your own sandwich. Roast beef & swiss with toppings. The roast beef was tender, nice and rare, the swiss very flavorful, the side of Cole slaw was home made. It was very fresh and light. My husband had the fish & chip, flakey and nicely battered, the fries crispy outside, creamy inside.
Our server Bailey was terrific, helpful, upbeat and right on top or our every need. She was a top notch server. We will definitely go back!

Staff is friendly and this place is laid back.

We love going here for lunch and usually get their soups and salads.

The wings and shrimp are really good too!

We got burgers and they were excellent. Jalapeno burger was overloaded (but the right amount) with them and they were cooked to perfection. Mushroom burger was covered with mushrooms and super tasty. Fries were big and crispy. Potato salad was superb.

Yummy burgers and fries! Great service! Would definitely go back! The only negative was that it was dimly lit.

We had heard it was the best mushroom burger in Odessa. I’d venture to say the best in the Tampa Bay Area. I ordered a Mushroom Burger and my husband ordered a BBQ burger. They looked and tasted like hand made patties with plenty of juices flowing with every bite. . (You could order 1/4 pound or 1/2 pound patty.) The burgers arrived cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients on brioche buns with fabulous fries (thick potato and regular sweet potato.) (That’s saying something, because I usually don’t find fries to be fresh or tasty. These were both.)

Staff was fast and efficient. Ambience definitely the tavern feel with pool tables, TV screens and a bar, but clearly the locals and their families know how good it is, because they were all dining with us.

This place is a hidden gem. You’d never know what great burgers awaited in this corner tavern and pub. The rumor was true! Best Mushroom burger in Odessa (and beyond).
