Sharky's Car Wash

When I bought the monthly membership a month ago it was great nice clean shiny car everytime till very recently started leaving soap suds all over the car and the water smelling horrible. Unfortunately I canceled my membership because of this.

Update: Ray has been fantastic with responding to issues I've had at the wash and is doing everything he can to make it better!

I use this car wash all the time since it is close to my house. I use the do it yourself stalls but they have hands free as well. Usually I use cash but this last time I used my card. I didn't understand how to use the credit card machine as it was a little confusing at first. I was in a hurry so probably not paying as close attention as usual. Anyway, the water didn't turn on ( or so I thought). I got back in my car and checked my account and sure enough the money was taken out. Of course I thought I got ripped off. I had seen a phone # posted on the machine, so thinking it was an old number or some scam, I called it. The guy ( Ray) actually answered and was so nice and professional. He explained to me what happened ( it was my error), and then said to try it again, and then text him with my name and he would refund not only the amount I actually used, but the amount that I screwed up. He texted me back right away and told me it would be a couple days. He actually followed up himself today and told me he processed the refund. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so for me it was much appreciated! I highly recommend stopping in when in need of a quick car wash for all this nasty pollen out there!

Love this place. Best self service car wash in the area. The owner is extremely attentive and professional.

I have used this self-service car wash on a regular basis for the past year and infrequently for the years before. On weekends I often see a maintenance worker keeping things ship shape. Always been satisfied with the level of soap and pressure of the high pressure soap. I only use the high pressure soap and high pressure rinse.

Never had a problem. When I thought I had been incorrectly charged $10 in lieu of the $3.50 - $4.00 I usually spend, I contacted the owner. He offered to refund my money but to first check that the charge "stuck" as it may have been a reserved amount, much like restaurants do when the final bill is not known when they run your card. Sure enough the $10 dropped off my checking account in favor of the actual charge a few days later.

I found the owner's willingness to provide a refund with little evidence in support of my claim admirable and professional. I will continue to frequent Sharky's Car Wash.

I stop here on the way to work at least 2-3 times a week. The people are always friendly and always thank you for the business. One of the best place for cheaper gas and cheaper cigarettes.
