Mavis Tires & Brakes

I needed multiple issues addressed including brakes, oil change and a/c charge. The crew at Mavis completed this work shortly after I arrived. I left relieved to have the repairs completed and a month later, no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Mavis Tires and Brakes in Plant City. Customer service made the experience easy.

I called for an appointment and got in the next morning. It was a clean and friendly atmosphere and my brake repairs were completed in an appreciated time frame. I thought I might need new tires, but was told that I had another year before that would be necessary. That was refreshing! I went to Mavis based on a friend’s recommendation and I will pass that on to others. Good business and good people.

I took my car to Tire Kingdom and they literally kept it all day and told me as I was heading to pick it up that nothing was done to it. That they wouldn't change the pads because I needed rotors too. I took my car into Mavis yesterday after being able to set an appointment online (which is amazing), and they had me in and out with in an hour and a half. They were nice, professional, and they charged me for both rotors AND pads, half of what Tire Kingdom was trying to charge me for just the pads. With the money I saved I was able to take my kids out to dinner, get new wiper blades, get a car wash, and an oil change. Y'all just got a loyal customer

Worked a 12 hour night shift and came out to a semi flat tire. Took my SUV at 8:06 am to Mavis in Plant City, was greeted by Fester who took my information and ask me to leave my car. He called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I came in to pick my SUV up around 3:30 pm. A different gentlemen greeted me and threw my keys and told me to have a great day. I asked how much since I had a nail in my tire. I was told no charge and again have a great day. Service was great, place clean, and very nice folks. Highly recommended and I will be back to have my two front tires replaced in the near future.
