  Office is clean, spacious, and cozy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will admit I did wait in the waiting room for an hour but I believe I overheard it was because my file was misplaced. This could happen to anyone, so I won’t dock points for that. Stuff happens, no biggie. The team was kind and the doctor was quick, very nice, and spot on. She diagnosed me within a few short minutes and prescribed me something that already has me healing! I’ll definitely return if needed in the future and recommend this medical group to anyone in need of dermatology care.

  I’ve been here a number of times and was new to all-things-dermatology. Dr. Smithberger is kind, efficient and good humored. The office is immaculate. You rarely wait long. They’re extremely responsive when I have a question (even after I’ve left and called back) and when I have something more urgent. The medical assistants are helpful and knowledgeable as well. They answer the phones often, which is great when you have a question beyond scheduling. Excellent customer service across the board. Thanks for all you guys do!

  I’ve been going to Clayton Dermatology for several years and in addition to Dr. Clayton, Dr. Smithberger has been my primary dermatologist. She is always friendly, straightforward, and professional. Today I had squamous cell surgery and she was amazing along with her assistant, Kimberly. They both put me at ease, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided post op advice to help me heal in the best way possible. In addition to a friendly front office, CD is always consistent with appointment reminders. I’m very happy with the care I receive from Clayton Dermatology.

  5 stars for professionalism.
  Park outside. Sit in the air conditioned comfort of your own vehicle. Call the office. They bring any needed paperwork out to you, with mask on. They call you when ready. They meet you at the door, with mask on. They lead you through their very clean, new and nice lobby, hallways, to your comfortable, if sparse, private room. Dr. Shows up in minutes. Dr. does her thing. Dr. Leaves. You leave.
  That's all well and good.
  The only thing missing is basically any personal touch at all. No getting to know you. No jokes. No nothing. Just business. I've seen two different Drs. here. Same thing. The first was actually kind of put-off that I asked to have a little mole removed because it wasn't on her scheduled plan for me. I didn't even know I had a scheduled plan.? I thought it was me who called in for an appointment. She thought she was in charge. Kinda weird, but I let it go until this second visit. This time the Dr. Was perfectly nice, but she was in my room literally.... best guess....seemed like... 4, but probably 5 minutes. She was in a hurry to get out the door. It's not like the parking lot was full, maybe only one other car. Otherwise, she was fine.
  I can't really deduct anything for all this. It's not their job to be my buddy. But still.....
  Like I said, 5 stars for professionalism.
