I called yesterday and was told Terra (store manager) is no longer working their. Ohh no what happen? Does anyone know where she might have gone my grandson loved getting his hair cut by her.

Gosh, we’ve been with Robert, John, their team, and American Family for about 25 years. We’ve ALWAYS had excellent service, excellent help, through two uninsured motorist hitting our cars at intersections, one car was stolen from in front of our house, teenager’s cars, hail damage that knocked out a car window, chipped windshields, 3 homes, a rental property, life insurance, etc. They seem to remember our voices on the phone, who is in our family, what’s going in, and follow up periodically, as they know that we all go through different life stages. They’ve been with us, through all that life threw our way. They’ve always been fair and honest and calm and helpful, when we’re stressed from an accident and don’t know even what comes next. I’d give 10 stars to the Robert Redmond Team and American Family Insurance.
