Awesome customer service. Built us a custom barge trailer (fast)that fit the barge perfectly. Took trailer and barge by their shop to let them see how well they did. Rusty and his crew adjust the front bunk to make loading and unloading even better. Adjustabilityof their trailers are superior to any trailer I have seen.

I purchase a trailer from these guys several years ago and blew both axles leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Rusty at Fast Load stepped up to the plate and got me the parts I needed to fix the issue that day. Customer service is top notch with Fast Load. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough about the customer service of fastload. They were quick to respond, helped me diagnose the problem and were willing to offer overnight shipping for the parts I needed. Not only was the customer service top notch but they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
A little bit of user negligence on my part put me in the hole but these guys will have me back on the water before the end of the week.
