Walgreens Pharmacy

Been going to this pharmacy for quite a while, they have always had what I needed and been very helpful with any issues I’ve had.

The pharmacy manager at Baker St and Thonotosassa is exceptional! I had issues with filling an RX. She listened to my problem and told me that she would get back to me within an hour after researching my issues, She stated she would be on duty there until 10 PM I had my doubts after 3 days of trying to get my RX filled. I wish I had contacted her in the first place. She had my issue resolved within an hour with a phone call back to me within the hour. She called and told me after her research on my issue to return at my convenience and my RX would be there ready for pick up. Talk about exceptional customer which is lacking in this day and age, Walgreens should be proud to have such a high caliber of a professional as she. Thank you.

This was on a Saturday. A family member was out of a very important medication and the doctor needed to be called. I called the pharmacy to make sure the doctor had called the script in. Which he had. It was almost 5:00 and they close the pharmacy at 6:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. The pharmacy tech that I spoke with was helpful and kind. As soon as I got off the phone, I grabbed my car keys and headed to Walgreens. The prescription had been filled. No waiting on it. The Pharmacist asked if I had any questions, I replied with No. However, I do appreciate your time and fast customer service!
