  When we decided to sell our home we met with a few realtors, but after we met with Christine we knew she was the one! She made the intimidating process of selling a home so much easier. I would recommend Christine to anyone looking to build a relationship with a realtor that will be with you every step of the way. She went above and beyond when I say she rolled her sleeves up and help load a 5 bedroom house into a U-haul I am not exaggerating and checked in with us almost daily. She was not afraid to have the difficult conversations with the buyer when they changed the terms of the sale. If we ever decide to move back to Fl Christine would be my first call.

  Words cannot describe how far above and beyond Christine went during our move from St. louis, MO to St. Pete, FL. She looked at countless homes, submitted 12 offers, was always responsive even late in the evening, and was just incredible to work with during our 60 day closing which involved a lot of seller delays and communication gaps. She even managed to recoup almost all of our appraisal gap through credits. Could not recommend her more.

  Christine is a pleasure and a joy to work with. We found her to be extremely friendly, accommodating, low pressure, low key and extremely professional in her advice and the presentation of our home. Although we decided to take our home off the market for personal reasons we will most certainly seek her out when we are ready to sell down the road.   Christine Jones was great- a perfect fit! She first contacted me when I put my house for sale in Facebook marketplace. I told her it was a sale by owner and she offered to help me with that. She offered several different commission structures depending on who found the buyer. She sent me an email giving by me lots of information I would need if I was selling by owner. After dealing with so many offers on Facebook - I realized I needed help with the sale contract - I looked her up by finding her email. - worth looking for. She helped me with several Spanish speaking buyers- she coordinated with my park and got applications from them. I am so happy I chose Christine - it honestly would not have gone as well. We sold my house in record time with a cash offer!! I highly recommend her.
