The guys at Express Oil Change are very helpful and knowledgeable! Nick assisted me and made my experience a great one. He asked me questions about my SUV and if I didn’t know the answer he was able to find it. Also was nice when asking me if I wanted extra items, but did not push when I said no thank you. I have been coming here since they opened and never feel pressured. Being a woman I have been yelled at, talked down to, and even ignored at other oil change companies. So glad Express Oil Change opened and all the employees here are great! I would totally recommend you stopping here for your next oil change or any other vehicle service that they offer! You will not regret your decision.

Seriously, this is absolutely the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! On a very busy Saturday, I was able to drive right into a bay on arrival and they immediately went to work. Within about 15 minutes or so I was handed a bottle of cold water, had paid the bill (a very fair price!), and was on my way. The staff were friendly, smiling and pleasant, completing the job very quickly while I relaxed in my car. I honestly can’t say enough about how smoothly and quickly this normally mundane task went. Excellent customer service and very fair prices. What more could anyone want?

Quick and very nice crew at location. Can grab a burger and car wash as everything is close by. Will come back again and the wait is better than the dealerships . They are still me reason I will come back. Easy to get to also…

I read several other different reviews on places closer to my house and then came across this place. Just as they said, 10 minutes! Pull right in. Quick oil change, cleaned my windows, checked tires. Great service, no complaints! Nice staff. Tipped too! If you tip for hair, nails, and coffee. Thesw guys are in the heat and maintaining what you drive in to keep you safe.

You get what you pay for and so much more. The customer service there was excellent, I would give 5 stars for that alone. I went in for an oil change and left with a peace of mind that all fluids were topped off, windshield was cleaned, battery terminals cleaned, radiator tank topped off, lights checked and air filter checked. All for not much more than I could have done it myself. Will most certainly be going back from now on. It isn't worth taking the time to do all these things myself.
