(May 30, 2020, 4:14 pm)I had a wonderful experience at this store. Julio Campos helped me with my iPhone purchase. He kindly set up my new phone and showed me how to use the new functions. They also had the screen protector and cover that I wanted in stock. The store is clean, well stocked, and follows all the CDC guidelines for a Covid-safe retail store.
(April 17, 2020, 5:48 pm)What a godsend. Stuck in Missouri, mom's phone stops working. Who you gonna call? Julio at Verizon! Julio went above and beyond making a time that mom could come in and either fix the phone or get a new one. Julio was busy, but politely handed mom off to Brice. According to mom, the "angel of Verizon" who walked her through the issue with the phone and helped tremendously. I cannot thank the team enough for watching out for mom and the fantastic, superior customer service. Thanks again.
(January 16, 2020, 2:19 pm)i went to the store for a new phone for me and my wife and a ipad for my business, fey was very knowledgeable and quick . And hooked us both up with phones we enjoy, the staff was also very courteous to me and my family offering us water while we wait. A+++, ill defiantly be going back if i need any thing else. Highly recommend this location.

(March 16, 2018, 9:38 pm)Johnny was awesome. He has a great sense of humor. Explained everything really well and gave us a great deal plus saved me some money on accessories. I would really recommend him to anyone who is uncertain on what phones to choose from I left store very satisfied.

The Cellular Sales staff lied about their Samsung phones, claiming that the Samsung S3 and S4 functionality were almost the same. My best friend was taken in by them and bought the lousy Galaxy S3 which has a much slower processor, poorer resolution, bad battery life and inferior camera.
