(July 23, 2018, 11:23 am)I have been going only a short time, but Linsay really has helped me improve tremendously. She really listened to what I was feeling both physically and mentally about myself. Her goal for me is way better than I ever thought. She is smart and she knows what she's doing. I am a lot stronger and in better shape. I highly recommend Linsay.
(August 28, 2017, 7:57 pm)I recommend Steve. 2005 partial right knee replacement. He is very good. Had left knee replacement. Had Lindsay. I went to therapy before surgery and another year after surgery. Finally after 80 days of therapy I graduated. Good kind, caring staff. I finally made my goal but very hard year
