“I needed to get a right shoulder X-ray so I called and they said they accepted walk ins for X-rays. I arrived early Friday morning, shortly after they opened. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. I only had to sign a few lines and my wait time in the lobby was short. The radiology techs were very friendly and the X-ray process was easy as expected. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back again, as needed.”

My son goes there for his black head extractions and the young lady is awesome and thorough. We are going back for our 4th visit in a weeks time to continue with the black head extractions. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with her service. We live in Alabama but we are making the drive all the way there for her to continue with the extractions for my son. This place is the best so far and my son is so much happier with the service here. His confidence is returning because his face is looking so much better than before. Awesome service here!!!!!”

“I don’t normally post a review or give my two cents; however, I’ve never had a doctor make such a positive impression on me. I was originally referred to Dr. Panchamia for neck pain. Unlike most doctor, he listen, explained, and is genuinely sincere. When you have an appointment at 4:00, you rarely will have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Also, when you make an appointment you will not get back logged 2-3 months for treatment. He’s able to squeeze you in immediately. The staff is the pleasant and patient. Dr. Panchamia as compared to other doctors did not blow my symptoms off as “muscular”. He was able to do injections that properly targeted my pain and I have resume a lot of my previous physical activities. I would highly recommend him to anyhow who suffers from chronic pain.”

“Dr. Kwan has been my GP for about five years now since I moved to Florida. He is outstanding in his ability to listen to any concerns I have--I never feel rushed during my annual checkups. The practice does a very good job in keeping wait times to a minimum, and the support staff are capable and friendly. His nurse is extremely reliable and prompt in returning calls and passing messages to and from me as a patient. While I have been fortunate to not need visits between my annual wellness exam, I am confident that this practice would handle any non-routine issues with the same professionalism and flexibility.”

The worst pay was doing the intake forms, and I recommend sending a link for patients to complete prior to arrival. I was treated respectfully, bya professional staff, and received medication that has already started working. I've been to other urgent cares where I waited over 4 hours that are close to this one. Both Dr.Fickey and her medical assistant (Brianna) have been fantastic in addressing my son's needs and MY concerns. Originally I was hesitant to put my young child on medication, but Embracing Life has improved his overall quality of life and he is much happier everyday. If my son needs an adjustment, I can simply leave a message detailing what has been going on, and Dr.Fickey/Brianna are quick to reply with a medication adjustment.
