Fox & Friends feels like family. Once you go there, you and your pets are never just faces with forgotten names. From a warm welcome by and cordial conversation with Lori, to talk with Tech Tristan as she loved on Moon Pie while noting any concerns for discussion with the doctor, I was completely comfortable and at ease. Though this is a busy practice, I never feel rushed; Dr Raatz always spends time, not just talking about the matter at hand, but thinking about and helping me plan for Moonie’s, and SiSi & Rudi’s, best lives. I feel blessed to have found this wonderful practice.

I had to put my elderly chihuahua down today and the staff were so kind and gentle with her and me. They allowed me to be with her during the procedure, and to take time with her afterwards. I'm very appreciative!

Dr. Raatz is an amazing vet ! He and the staff at Foxs and Friends are always friendly and informative. I lost my Chihuahua 3 years ago. I just got a new Chihuahua puppy and when I learned Dr Raatz was back at this practice I knew I would not take her anywhere else. Having Chi’s himself, he understands the breed and gave great recommendations. He was very thorough with my new pups exam too. The vet techs were all helpful and fussed over my new baby also. Nice to see the familiar faces - sign of a good practice when there isn’t huge turn over. Strongly recommend!

I love love love this hospital, everyone is so caring and empathetic! They are amazing about caring for each pet and their individual needs. Dr. Wyman and Tech Jamie were especially sweet and I will definitely be coming for all my pet needs!

We had to send my best friend over the Rainbow bridge the beginning of July. She absolutely hates the vets office so we were already wary as it was. A friend of ours mentioned Fox & Friends and had a great experience here with his own dog so my husband set it all up. On the day, myself, my husband and our 4 kids came to be there for our baby. The staff was extremely kind and understanding. They took us to a private room and explained the entire process thoroughly. For the first time ever my baby was calm at the vet. She wasn't scared. She even went willingly with them to the back. The Doctor was also extremely kind during the procedure and spoke softly to us and her while she was going to Heaven. Afterwards, they sent a heartfelt card with her home. I've never experienced a vets office so kind, patient, and understanding. They definitely do this job with amazing hearts.
