Mark Rossmiller - State Farm Insurance Agent

Had the best experience with Mari & the Rossmiller agency! Recently relocated to Florida from NC & my previous carrier tried to raise my monthly rate by $200/mo. Not only was Mari able to curate a great policy for us, our rate turned out to be lower than it was in NC and we didn’t sacrifice coverage levels… in fact they were better! And Mari did this all with the most pleasant demeanor! If you have insurance needs you can’t go wrong with Rossmiller!

Martha Embry was the agent I spoke with when I walked in without an appointment. She made me feel welcome and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also got me a great deal and I couldn't be happier! I prepared myself for almost a week before starting my search for a better car insurance (moving from Progressive because they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for adding my daughter the policy).
I knew the process could be painful and time-consuming.
After I entered my information on one of the insurance brokers' website, the only offer came from State Farm (everyone else just started calling me like any of these annoying people selling extended warranties).
Still, State Farm's website didn't allow me to get what I wanted (it is the typical obsolete website from the 90s), and I ended calling the agent's office (Mark's office).
The first time I didn't get what I wanted, but I made some changes online, and I was ready to finish adjusting the policy with another phone call.
This time they transferred me to Martha, who, with infinite patience, and a deep understanding of my needs and all the discounts, created my perfect quote.
I ended buying car insurance and life insurance (the whole life product is probably one of the best on the market).

I cannot recommend these agents highly enough. I thought finding a new Property Insurance policy at a reasonable price when my previous provider would not renew was going to be a nightmare. Dana Navarro was exceptional in every respect. The process of obtaining a new policy was made stress free. Attention to detail was obvious when she spotted a small error in the property inspector's report.
Definitely using them for auto next year!
