“I hired Home Instead to take care of my aunt 24/7. I'm very pleased with the care that my aunt has been receiving. The care team members are very compassionate and caring. I'm from out of state and the communication is excellent. They keep me informed and are always there when I need to talk or have questions etc. My aunt's care team cooks, cleans, does her laundry and help my aunt with whatever she needs help with. They also take her outside, they go to stores and get her hair done...wherever she likes to go. A care team member who wasn't on the schedule to work but was in the area where my aunt lives stopped by to see how she was doing... that is very caring indeed!
