There is seldom a wait or line. Nice helpful people. Diverse selection of accounts allowing you to pick your needs. Downside, expect to wait for things to happen...new cards, refunds to your account and basically anything dealing with paperwork. An upside, sometimes they give you early deposits.

I opened an account with the Anderson Rd branch early this year and I can say that the Mgr. And all personal staff are very friendly and supportive with any needs that I have come across with their full attention. A personal thanks to Tony who opened my account on the first day!👍

This is the best 5th 3rd branch. The teller Sam is always friendly and very helpful, and there is never a line to go in. I drive out of my way to use this branch.
